They are rapport, embedded commands and patterns. Rapport is defined as a relationship of mutual understanding and trust between two people. Basically it means that you are in a deep conversation with the person you are trying to hypnotize.

You need this relationship to be able to hypnotize someone or their mind will not accept the commands that you give it.

The best way to get rapport is to talk to your subject using open ended questions; these are questions that do not require either a yes or no answer. For example you would say – what do you like about ice cream instead of – do you like ice cream.

The next concept is embedded commands. These are hypnotic commands that are hidden in ordinary language.

Also remember that these commands need to be “marked out” from the rest of the sentence. You do this my pausing slightly before giving the command and slightly lowering the tone of your voice.

What these commands do is bypass the subject’s conscious mind and go directly into the subconscious mind – directing and commanding it.

And by using these embedded commands you can pretty much get anyone to do whatever you want them to.

Finally we come to patterns.

A pattern is simply a hypnotic script filled with embedded commands – much like the above example except longer and more detailed.

All you need you do to hypnotize someone is create a script of your own filled with embedded commands, get rapport with your subject and deliver your script to them it really is that simple and with a little practice you will know how to hypnotize girls.

Today I am going to give a quick and easy technique that you can use to accomplish this. While this technique will not teach you every single thing there is to know about the subject it is an essential tool to have in your skill set.

The technique that I am going to teach you that you can use to do covert hypnosis with is called “sound alike words”.

Basically these are words which sound alike but have different meanings that cause a person to have process what you are saying either consciously or unconsciously.

Probably the most famous sound alike is, “By now / Buy now”.

Here is an example, “We have discussed this offer at length and I hope BUY NOW you have made up your mind as to whether or not you are going to make a purchase”.

Here are some more examples.

• Right/ Write/ Rite
• I / Eye
• Insecurity / In Security
• There/ Their / They’re
• Weight/ Wait
• Knows/ Nose
• Here/ Hear
• Your Mind/ Your Mine

Here is another example, “When you meet somebody who you feel an instantaneous connection with, like the two of us are having right now.

Today I am going to teach you one quick technique that you can add to your hypnosis toolbox.

You will already need to know how to do covert hypnosis before you use this technique, so take a look at my other articles before you continue reading this.

The technique I am going to teach you is called fractionation it and will allow you to put your subject into a very deep trance state.

Basically what you do is continuously pull your subject in and out of their trance.

What this does is that every time you put them back into a trance they will go deeper and deeper and deeper back into that trance.

Let me give an example; say for instance you were trying to use this method to seduce a woman.

What you would do is get them into a really deep state say for example a sexual state. Then just as the tension is really building you pull them out of that state by suddenly changing the topic to something like, “The weather”.

Then several minutes later you will begin to put them back into that sexual state, except that this time they will go deeper into that state.

Then just as the tension becomes unbearable you again pull her out by changing the subject – then you put her back in deeper and deeper and deeper.

Can you visualize what it would be like to do this? After a period of continuous fractionation the tension and momentum built up will motivate HER to take action.

You can just lay back and relax because your subject will basically hypnotize themselves.

Today in this covert hypnosis tutorial I am going to give you a very broad over view of one of the tools and techniques used in this art. Open ended questions. You start by striking up a conversation with your subject by using these open ended questions.

An open ended question is one that does not require a yes or no answer, for example you wouldn’t say, “Do you know Bob” because the answer could be yes or no, you would instead say, “Where did you meet Bob” the subject will them talk about how they meet Bob.

A quick tip to remember is that open ended questions will always start with – What, where, how, when, why etc.

Another thing to remember is that you should not be asking personal questions at this point.

Talk about very innocent things like the weather, the situation you’re in, the party you’re at, music movies TV etc. The purpose of these open ended questions is to draw the subject into a conversation with you. As your conversation continues you can begin to ask more personal intimate questions.

This is when you begin to get your subject to reveal what is most precious to them, their dreams, hopes and ambitions.

Also it is important that you must talk as little as possible during the conversation.

It is your job to LISTEN to the other person, remember this fact, “People love to talk about themselves” and getting the subject to talk about themselves is what creates a deep and powerful bond.

So just lean back, relax and let them pour their heart out.

Once you do this you will be in rapport with the subject which is defined as, “A relationship of mutual understanding or trust and agreement between people” or “a deep connection between two people”.

It is once you have this deep connection with your subject that you can begin to influence and command them.

Today in part ten of this Nlp covert hypnosis tutorial we are going to be discussing anchoring.

If you have heard the story of Pavlov’s dogs you will be able to understand anchoring very easily.

What Pavlov would do is sound a bell as his animals were given food, when they saw the food they would salivate.

After a few more pairings of the bell and the food, the bell on its own would start the animals salivating.

In Nlp covert hypnosis we call this effect anchoring.

Anchors are stimuli which call forth states of mind, thoughts and emotions.

While someone who is skilled in Nlp covert hypnosis can create a trance in a matter of minutes, a powerful well placed anchor can create one in a matter of seconds.

Anchoring is most useful for linking states and emotions created in your subject to yourself.

This is done by a process called binding. To bind a state or emotion to yourself you must use, “Binder commands” these are phrases such as, “With me”, “To me” and “Now” these phrases would be used along with gestures such as self points to install a chain of commands.

For example you could say, “As you really listen to a person and start to recognize yourself in them.

With me that’s when I really start to make a connection and feel that growing bond”. Anchoring is most commonly done through touch, using a phrase like, “Feel that”.

When you describe a state ask your subject, “Can you feel that” and touch them very lightly somewhere like the side of their upper arm.

The state you describe will become anchored by your touch.

To recreate it at anytime all you need to do is touch your subject in the exact same place.

In part 9 of this Nlp covert hypnosis tutorial we are going to discuss metaphor and simile.

Metaphor is the gateway to the inner mind and the language of dreams.

A skilled persuader will use metaphor to build bridges to understanding. Also related to metaphor is simile, the difference between the two being that a metaphor makes an implicit comparison while a simile makes an explicit one.

In Nlp covert hypnosis simile is used to link ideas together.

This is done by using the word like in phrases such as, “It’s just like when”. This phrase can be used to link any two ideas together even if they are totally unrelated.

If the simile seems unrealistic you can use the phrase, “And that got me to think about” as a softener, this makes the simile seem as if it is your personal experience.

Metaphor works in a similar way to negation.

The unconscious mind has no concept of lying and all metaphor is an obvious lie. Your conscious mind can process a metaphor such as, “You’re barking up the wrong tree” but the subconscious mind will have to create images and ideas of dogs, trees etc.

Can you see how incredible useful metaphor can be in covert hypnosis?

By using the right metaphor we can plant any image we want in our subjects head. This is especially true when you are using sexual metaphor.

Consider this sentence, “I really like this music, how the tension builds and builds until it explodes, and the notes feeling like long, slow, lingering kisses all over your body”.

Now while music cannot kiss or touch you, a person can.

The unconscious mind is aware of this but still responds to the metaphor and associates its content with you.

Today in this Nlp Covert Hypnosis tutorial we are going to be talking about deletion.

Basically deletion is an advanced form of ambiguity where the emphasis is placed on what is not said.

For example if you said, “Using covert hypnosis on people is bad” here the unanswered question is, “Who is covert hypnosis bad for”.

The mind will always fill in the blanks in these kinds of situations. Always remember deletion refers to a sentence in which the major noun phrase is completely missing.

In Nlp covert hypnosis it is essential to be vague and leave things out.

By doing this your subjects mind can fill in multiple meanings. Here is another example, “I know that you are curious” in this sentence the object is missing completely.

Your subject does not know what they are supposedly curious about and their mind will fill in the blanks with whatever is relevant.

Consider these two sentences, “Have you ever felt an instantaneous connection” and, “Have you ever felt and instantaneous connection with a man”.

The first sentence implies the second but because of deletion it is far less confrontational and far more hypnotic.

Another way to use deletion is to assume missing parts so that the impact of a sentence is lessened.

For example if you think about the above sentence, “Using covert hypnosis on people is bad” the impact of this sentence is lessened by leaving out I think.

Today in this Nlp covert hypnosis tutorial I am going to teach you about the advanced technique of reframing.

Nothing really has any meaning except for the meaning which is created in your mind.

Your brain will process information and give it a meaning based on the frame of reference that the message is given in.

When you become highly skilled in Nlp covert hypnosis you will be able to change this frame of reference. Thus altering the meaning of whatever is taking place. Simply put this is the art of reframing

Abusive people are masters at reframing. Consider this example, “The day I stop hitting you is the day I stop loving you”.

Here physical abuse is reconstructed as a sign of affection and caring.

Politicians are also masters at reframing. No matters what happens they will find a way to put a positive spin on the event for themselves and a negative spin for their opponents.

On a personal level reframing can be very useful. Say for instance you broke your leg. You could see this as something horrible because you can no longer engage in physical activities.

What if you instead choose to reframe this event as a useful opportunity? You could use the time recovering to learn a musical instrument or catch up on your reading.

By doing this you have just turned a terrible event into something useful and positive.

Today in this Nlp covert hypnosis tutorial I want to talk about ambiguity and how it can be used in hypnotic language.

Ambiguity is when a word, phrase, sentence or some other kind of communication can be interpreted in more than one way.

By being ambiguous we allow our subject’s mind to “fill in the blanks” to our advantage.

There are several types of ambiguity in Nlp covert hypnosis

Tonal ambiguity is the basis for embedded commands.

Think of the ambiguity created by the pauses and changes in tonality used in delivering these commands e.g. “I think we should start fooling around……..with the figures you sent me last week” or “I really like your telephone”. The word “telephone” can have massively sexual connotations if said in the right tonality.

Phonetic ambiguity is the use of homophobes and sound alike words to create confusion in your subjects mind.

Consider the similarity of these phrases – your mind / you’re mine. Here is an example, “The more you learn to trust the voice inside your mine the happier you will become”

Punctuation ambiguity involves the use of run on sentences like this, “it’s like there’s this voice inside your head that says you want to have sex, you want to have sex.

Now with me, whenever I feel like that”. Can you spot the command created by the punctuation ambiguity in this sentence.

Gesture ambiguity is the use of gestures such as self point’s to tell the person who you are talking to who you are talking about.

For example you could say, “Have you ever had dreams about somebody who you really really like” and do the self point directly afterwards.

The self point is an extremely subtle gesture, you do not actually point at yourself all you do is place your hand lightly on your chest for several seconds.
